I am working with a few Buyers who are looking for condo’s in Denver and are wanting to finance these via a FHA loan.
Not all condo’s can go FHA financing; That might be because the condos have not applied to FHA to allow their units to be financed, the HOA might be litigation, the FHA has expired, they have put restrictions on the number of units that can go FHA.
Please don’t go by MLS as being correct. I am surprised at how many show it can be FHA when they cannot. So here is a great reference website that will allow you to check
