Here are the April Statistics. The message is pretty much the same as it has been … the number of units for sale is down 40% from this time last year. With number of sales and under contracts up, this is a very good Real Estate market. The prices for April are up 10% from this time last year! But surprisingly, slightly down on the year. As we enter the strength of the selling season the numbers continue to indicate that the real estate market in Denver has bottomed out and we are moving toward increasing values for the first time since 2007.
